Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission
is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

The Salvation Army's Hop-In tents supported Australian soldiers on the frontlines during WW2 The Salvation Army was founded as the Christian Mission in the slums of London in 1865 by former Methodist minister, William Booth. It is a great blessing and not by our own ability, but by the hand of God who guided us step by step until we have arrived here.  First, we thank God our Father for planting the seed of the call to establish this college.                                                        COLONEL SAMUEL MKAMI           Bwana Yesu asifiwe wana wa Mungu, Maafisa, Makadeti, na wafanyakazi,  na ndugu zetu wote katika Kristo,  Kwa furaha na shukrani kuu, tunasimama mbele ya Mungu leo hii kuadhimisha miaka 25 ya chuo chetu cha maafisa tangu chuo hiki kianzishwe mwaka 2000. Ni neema kubwa na si kwa uwezo wetu, bali ni kwa mkono wa Mungu aliyetuongoza hatua kwa hatua mpaka tumefika hapa.  Kwanza, tunamshukuru Mungu Baba yetu kwa kuwa ndiye aliyepanda mbegu ya wito wa kuanzisha chuo  hiki.
