The zonal departments at International Headquarters are the main administrative link with territories and commands. The international secretaries give oversight to and coordinate the Army's work in their respective geographical regions.

The International Secretary for the Africa Zone is Commissioner Joash Malabi and the Secretary for Women's Ministries is Commissioner Florence Malabi.

Ni neema kubwa na si kwa uwezo wetu, bali ni kwa mkono wa Mungu aliyetuongoza hatua kwa hatua mpaka tumefika hapa.  Kwanza, tunamshukuru Mungu Baba yetu kwa kuwa ndiye aliyepanda mbegu ya wito wa kuanzisha chuo  hiki.
